Sushant’s Death Has Become A Money Minting Machine

It's been more than a month that Sushant Singh Rajput passed away. Initially, it was termed as suicide, but when the pictures leaked many forensic experts stated the neck mark to be of strangulation rather than ‘death by hanging’.

This has given birth to a lot of ‘Justice Heroes’. With trending hashtags like #justiceforsushant, people are producing content that has no solid proof backing it up.

YouTubers like Anurag Bisht have already found the murderer. He makes one ‘Justice for Sushant’ video every day. Every day he reveals a great secret…from the media coverage footage of 14 June. Today he is blaming Deepika for taking 5Cr Rupees to go to JNU for protest. Nowhere are words like ‘allegedly’ or ‘maybe’ used. He fails to link this to Sushants death…yet the confidence is intact.

Before Sushant’s death he had 50k subscribers and today he has 467k subscribers. Clearly, Mr Bisht has understood what is selling in the world right now. We have nothing against making videos or media around Sushant Singh Rajput, just let it be legitimate. Sahil Chaudhary used his youtube platform to share his real discrimination experiences from his modelling days and tell people about the nature of the industry.

People who had no clue about the existence of Sushant have suddenly become his long time ‘fans’. Apparently Steve Huff made 3 videos talking to the soul of Sushant. Well, he made the other two videos because the first one got a million views. Indians believed him as well. No one asked the question why would Sushant's soul travel across the globe and talk with a white guy!

Electronic media is usually slower than digital media on catching up on the new trend, but when they do they make as much money (TRP) out of it as they can. Arnab Goswami's Republic World is interviewing any person who had the slightest connection with Sushant. His bodyguard was interviewed for half an hour….the questions just kept repeating.

Sushant wanted Dil Bechara to have a theatrical release but still Fox Star Studios and Hotstar decided to give it an online release. The movie was promoted by Hotstar as ‘Sushants Singhs Last Role’, the trailer and songs of the film ran as an ad on youtube videos in which Sushant has given an interview or made an appearance. The reason behind this being greed. Theatres won’t open till October 2020. The production house knew that if released now, Dil Bechara will rake in unimaginable numbers. They were right. The movie got 95 million views in 24 hrs, which converts to a 2000 Crore opening day. It nice to see someone, other than the infamous ‘Bhai’, bring in such numbers. But what's the point if he is dead. Well, this does prove one point: To get more collection than Salman Bhai you will have to die mysteriously and your last movie shall be released in a one month span of your death.

Sushant’s death brought in immense hate to the Bollywood biggies like Karan Johar, Salman Khan, Ekta Kapoor, etc. These people were already famous for their nepotist casting. Sonam Kapoor and Sonakshi Sinha tweeted in the favour of Karan and Salman ( a dumb move tbh). Then they started getting trolled. Sonam switched off her comments section. Now, the PR teams of these ‘stars’ are working night and day to re-establish their posh glamorous image.

A lot of money is being thrown at social media influencers and page handlers to use Salman songs in their videos, promote their brands (eg. Being Human). If you notice, ‘Salman Khan funny award host’ or ‘Karan Johar supports XYZ cause’ videos might surface of your Instagram explore or youtube feeds as these videos are being pushed and promoted by their PR agencies. This mass-scale PR does not come cheap tho.

This is nothing new. Salman Khan launched the entire ‘Being Human’ brand to change his ‘rash’ image and evade tax. After that, he became ‘Bhai’. The formula is great. Help a few poor people with their medical bills and get theatres full of audience. Some people might find it difficult to believe but this works better than any ad promotion for their movies.

Sushant’s father filed a case against Rhea Chakraborty. She has hired lawyer Satish Manshinde. He is famously known as the ‘celebrity’ lawyer. He represented and fought the case of Salman Khan and Sanjay Dutt. Now, looking at his client record, it's quite apparent how much he cares about actual justice. But let's just talk about money. Satish charges 10 Lakh rupees a day for representations.

The result of the case or the reason behind Sushant’s death has not even been declared yet, but still, there is a movie already in the making. It will star Sachin Tiwari, apparently a Sushant ‘look-a-like’. It is being made by VGS Binge. The name of the movie is ‘Suicide Or Murder’. This is just an attempt at cashing in on the current scenario where everyone is just as confused and clueless as the makers of the film.

Sushant does deserve justice. All we expect is that well-established organizations (CBI) and well-experienced people with the right mental acumen shall solve the case and not a teenage YouTuber with Sushant, Rhea, Karan, and Salman in his thumbnail.
